Living Earth Foundation (Living Earth Foundation, Companies House number 02332585) was named, in documents published by Anonymous, as a supplier on Lot 2 of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) framework. Companies House records it as incorporated on 30 December 1988, status "Dissolved", nature of business "88990 - Other social work activities without accommodation not elsewhere classified", with registered office at 1 C/O The Conservation Foundation, 1 Kensington Gore, London, England, SW7 2AR.[1][2] FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £99,840; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[3]

CSSF and other UK government work

A 2016 FCO expression-of-interest document for a CSSF "MENA Strategic Comms: Countering DAESH Propaganda" call-off lists Living Earth Foundation among the suppliers on the CSSF Lot 2 framework. The document was published online in 2020 among files that the hacker group Anonymous said came from the FCO. (On the later 2023–27 framework, the names of Lot 2 suppliers were redacted on national-security grounds.)[4] It does not appear in Tussell's list of 2015 framework suppliers. Living Earth led a DFID Global Transparency Fund programme, Strengthening Local Government Capacity for Effective Service Delivery, in the Niger Delta from 2008 to 2013, with Nigerian partners including Academic Associates PeaceWorks.[5] FCO payments to it of about £99,840 are recorded in 2014–15 (see below).
