Landell Mills (Landell Mills Limited, Companies House number 01574821) is a contractor to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) under the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). Companies House records it as incorporated on 16 July 1981, status "Active", nature of business "70229 - Management consultancy activities other than financial management", with registered office at Bryer Ash Business Park, Bradford Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8HE.[1][2] It is a named supplier on Lot 1 of the CSSF Framework Agreement 2023–27.[3] FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £5,093,596; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[4]
CSSF and other UK government work
Landell Mills is a named Lot 1 supplier on the 2023–27 CSSF framework. Its March 2026 announcement of "four new contracts in the governance, peace and security sector" concerns European Union evaluation contracts in Morocco, Zimbabwe, Jordan and Kenya, not CSSF work.[5] No specific CSSF programme for Landell Mills was found in public sources during this research.
