Global Rights Compliance is a contractor to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) under the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). It is a named supplier on Lot 1 of the CSSF Framework Agreement 2023–27.[1] FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £3,324,557; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[2]

CSSF/ISF and other UK government work

Global Rights Compliance (GRC) says it organised the first mock war crimes trial in Ukraine "with the support of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office", for Ukrainian investigators, prosecutors, defence lawyers and judges.[3] A joint EU–US–UK statement lists GRC among the partners of the Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group supporting Ukraine's Office of the Prosecutor General.[4]
