Overview
Public Administration International (PAI) is a London consultancy and training provider based at 56 Russell Square. It says it was "set up in 1995" and has run "more than 170 projects in 65 different countries", training "over 3,500 senior policy makers". It announced that "on 1 February 2026, PAI joined the GDSI Group", a consultancy group based in Galway, Ireland.[5] PAI's 2025 training brochure lists study visits hosted by UK institutions including Parliament, the Cabinet Office and the Supreme Court.[6]
CSSF/ISF and other UK government work
PAI was also among the suppliers awarded a place on Lot B of the original 2015 CSSF framework agreement.[7]
The Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) reviewed the CSSF's aid spending in March 2018 and gave it an amber-red score, finding the fund responsive to National Security Council priorities but with weak results management and inadequate evidence of outcomes and value for money.[8] ICAI published a follow-up review in 2019.[9]
