[3]

Schleider’s other boards are the UK Agudat Yisrael youth / organisation network (Zeire Agudas Israel), not a single Hasidic court. Pinter is proprietor of Yesodey Hatorah Girls School (URN 146748) and chair of the boys’ Yesodey Hatorah School proprietor body. Sinitsky also sits on the large nursery charity Yesodey Hatorah Nursery (292611; income £1.69m to 31 December 2024, including £853k government grant).

Schools — what this trust is not

Yesodey Hatorah is a Pinter-family, pan-Charedi Stamford Hill campus, not Satmar, Belz or Vizhnitz as proprietor.

This trust’s objects allow it to create, maintain and run Orthodox schools and to grant to organisations. It is a supporting vehicle (buildings, staff, grants), not the DfE proprietor named on GIAS for the VA senior girls’ school. Do not treat 1103911 as the legal owner of that maintained school without the instrument of government.

The Commission field is Hackney only. It does not list Israel. Related Pinter / Agudah charities may; this return does not.
