- 1932 - Zionist Organisation Notes Rev. Perlzweig is expected in Glasgow during the week-end March 20th. The Purim - Function (Supper and Dance) will be held in the large hall of the [[Talmud Torah], with Rev. Perlzweig as principal guest. It is hoped that the full co-operation of the Ladies Zionist Organisation, the Maccabeans, and the Junior Organisation, will be forthcoming for this great Zionist gathering. The report on the work of the J.N.F. was submitted by Mr. A. M. Levinson. The Committee is fully prepared and anxious to assist in the J.N.F. work, and hopes that it will be possible to make working arrangements which will assist the co-operation between the two Societies. The Organisation considers that it would be for the smoother working of the Society’s plans if the official working year were to correspond with the Jewish year, and the first Annual Meeting should take place as soon as possible after Rosh Hashanah.
