Frank Lowe is founder,Chairman and CEO of the Lowe Group. He is based in Geneva and made donations to the Labour Party of more than £5000 in 1997, 1998 and 1999-2000.

The Lowe Group is an advertising agency, part of Interpublic, an American network of advertising agencies. They operate in 38 countries with "billings" worth $4 billion (they are ranked 13th biggest in the world). In the UK they operate as Lowe Howard-Spink.

He is founder and President of the Stella Artois Tennis Championship.
