Frank Lowe

Frank Lowe is founder,Chairman and CEO of the Lowe Group. [1] He is based in Geneva. He has donated £300,000 to the Labour Party and was caught up in the controversy surrounding the cash-for-honours scandal. [2]

The Lowe Group is an advertising agency, part of Interpublic, an American network of advertising agencies. [3] They operate in 38 countries with "billings" worth $4 billion (they are ranked 13th biggest in the world). In the UK they operate as Lowe Howard-Spink.

He is founder of the Stella Artois Tennis Championship and is President of the Tournament Committee. [4]
