Have a look at the resources section of the page on CoRWM: http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/CoRWM or http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/Bell_Pottinger_Communications#References
The key thing is to reference docuemtns fully (ie author, title, source, vdate etc) and to upload the documents to the site via the 'upload image' link under 'special pages'. To determine the url for the uploaded file right click on the name of it once uploaded and 'copy link location'.
FOI ref author, title for this doc dates etc et
Great stuff on Portman and Drinkaware. Can you remember to add numbers to the refs in the text?
Also, you might want to try and use lexis to examine the history of Portman etc. --David 09:49, 17 Apr 2007 (BST)
Claire, more good work on the 'E's.
On the duplicates, often these are redirects which are there to make sure that common misspellings (or alternatives including hyphens etc or fuller names) are always redirected t the correct page. Eg all the following fit this pattern:
- Elliot Abrams doubles Elliott Abrams
- Ed Vaizey doubles Edward Vaizey
- Edwin Meese doubles Edwin Meese III
- Eliot Cohen doubles Eliot A. Cohen
No need to note these unless there are actually two separate duplicate pages. You can tell that one is a redirect to the other by clicking on them and then a 'redirected from...' comes up in small type underneath the title.
Thanks again, looking forward to the F's on Tuesday!

Hi,
making good progress.
On the following, could you just nip in and add the relevant footnote? It will be the same footnote for all from the memnbers page of the FITS site?
- FITA members: Associations/Chambers of Commerce with Regional/ Bilateral Interests endnote link in text but no end note
- FITA members: Associations Supporting Exporters endnote link in text but no endnote
- FITA members: Associations Supporting International Trade such as small business development centers/ organiziations, etc. endnote link in text but no endnote
- FITA members: Associations focused on International Logistics endnote link in text but no endnote
- FITA members: Professional Associations endnote link in text but no endnote
- FITA members: World Trade Clubs endnote link in text but no endnote
thanks

Great stuff on 'F'. Not sure what you mean about the Foresight page. These are extracts from APPC registers. It should have a category at the bottom which if clicked will explain this? eg: http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/Category:APPC_Register
To add this in a page use:
links
Hi Claire;
I am of the opinion that it is enough to have one link per named instance in an article. A proliferation of links is detrimental sytlistically or in terms of readability. I removed some of those duplicate links in the Wollack article.

not very useful
Dear CH
I am afraid that just adding links to articles, especially where there are duplicates of the same, is distinctly less than useful. Some of the links, to say, newspapers, generic names, are not useful at all.
