Techtest Ltd's website states that it manufactures 'a full range of internationally certified Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELTs), Personal Locator Beacons (PLB) and Automatically Deployable Emergency Locator Transmitters (ADELT). Used extensively with the world wide COSPAS-SARSAT rescue system.'
It is also registered by The Electoral Commission as having donated to Grassroots Out, one of the non-official anti-EU groups in the UK's EU referendum of June 2016.

Donated £75,000 on 19 May 2016 to Grassroots Out, one of the non-official anti-EU campaigns which helped to contribute to the resounding vote to leave the EU in the UK's referendum on 23 June 2016. [1]
