M Communications (or M:Communications)was a London-based communications agency formed by Nick Miles and Hugh Morrison in 2002 after the pairs split from Financial Dynamics.[1][2]

History

In 2008 the agency sold it's Middle Eastern section to College Group and the rest of the business to US vehicle King Worldwide backed by The Riverside Company, a private equity firm.

In February 2013 Nick Miles, Hugh Morrison and a number of other senior staff resigned from M:C and were put on a twelve month gardening leave period[3] and in August M:C announced they were in a winding-down period and would close within weeks.[4]
