Liz Lloyd (Scotland) is chief of staff to Scotland's first minister Nicola Sturgeon. Her roles includes coordinating the special adviser team, having responsibility for the first minister's strategic programme in Government as well as being special adviser for culture, Europe and international. [1]
Background
Lloyd has been a longstanding member of the Scottish National Party (SNP), having previously worked as a special adviser to the Scottish Government from 2012 to 2014. She has also worked as their head of media and as an adviser to Jim Mather MSP and Alyn Smith MEP from 2004 to 2007. [2]
