Alastair Bridges became finance director at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in January 2014. [1]
Background
Bridges qualified with The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy before working in the HM Treasury and KPMG, where he completed a two year secondment. [1]
Bridges also previously worked in the crime and policing group at the Home Office as well as working as the finance and corporate services director at the HM Passport Office in 2009. [1]
