The Niagara Institute is an organisation that describes itself as a 'private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance the quality of leadership in private and public sector organizations'.[1] In the 1990's the Institute received money from British American Tobacco as their 'consultant group on junk science'.[2]
