Liam English was deputy director of communications and head of media relations at HM Treasury and the Cabinet Officefor three-and-a-half years until May 2011. He is now an associate director for the Australian, Canada and Europe (ACE) region for Eli Lilly, one of the world’s largest pharma firms.
