Revolving Door

  • François Pérol, Chairman of the Management Board since March 2009, has been deputy Chief of Staff to the French President Nicolas Sarkozy since May 2007. Prior to that he was deputy Principal Private Secretary to Nicolas Sarkozy, when he was French Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry. He was appointed by Sarkozy after the French Government agreed to inject €5 billion into the bank.[1]
  • Nicolas Sarkozy, President of Groupe Caisse d'Epargne, is President of the French Republic.[2]
