Laura Trott is Chief of Staff to Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General Francis Maude.[1]
Background
In addition to her role as special adviser, Trott is a Conservative councillor in the Frognal and Fitzjohns ward of Camden Council, London.[2] In the May 2010 election, she came second with 2490 votes (17.62% of votes cast).[3] Being "ushered into the Conservatives’ safest ward", Trott is reportedly "highly regarded".[4]
