Rachel Abrams is a board member of the newly founded neoconservative astroturf group, the Emergency Committee for Israel and The Weekly Standard blogger. She is the daughter of Midge Decter, step-daughter of neoconservative godfather Norman Podhoretz and the wife of Elliot Abrams.[1] Her father Moshe Decter was the editor of AIPAC's Near East Report. He was investigated by a Senate commission led by Senator J. William Fulbright for receiving hidden funds from the Jewish Agency and the Israeli Consulate.[2]
