Israel Healthcare Ventures (IHCV)[1] - Isaac Kaye is a founding member of the IHCV which was created in 2001. The IHCV describes itself as 'a venture capital fund dedicated to providing venture capital investment to Israeli life sciences companies'[2].

In 2003, it is reported that IHCV purchased a 14% stake in XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd (XTLbio)[3]
