Dominic Cummings was special adviser to Conservative education minister Michael Gove for six years until 2013. Previous to that, Cummings worked for Iain Duncan Smith when he was leader of the opposition. [1]
Cummings published an essay last year called 'Some thoughts on education and political priorities', in which he lays out his ambition for improving education from its present “awful” or at best “mediocre” condition. [2]
