Graham Fry

Sir Graham Fry is an adviser to the president at Eisai Co. Ltd. and a corporate adviser for the UK at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd and was a diplomat with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office until 2008.
Career
Fry is a former diplomat with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He was counsellor to Japan between 1989 and 1993, head of far east department 1993-1995, assistant under-secretary to Asia, 1995-1998, high commissioner in Malaysia 1998 to 2001, deputy under-secretary to the wider world between 2001 and 2004 and finally British ambassador to Japan 2004 to 2008[1][2]
Revolving door
The following appointments were approved by ACOBA, "subject to a waiting period of six months from his last day in post and the condition that, for 12 months from the same date, he should not be personally involved in lobbying UK Government Ministers or Crown servants, including Special Advisers, on behalf of his new employer"[3]
