Lisa Barclay was a part-time special adviser to the former Secretary of State for Education and Employment David Blunkett.[1]
Background
Barclay graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from London Business School. She co-founded e-government software company E-Government Solutions. She has also worked as a consultant for Marakon Associates. In 2004, Barclay joined Bridges Community Ventures as an Associate.[2]
Barclay is credited with being on the Editorial Team of a 1994 Demos Quarterly publication by the think-tank Demos.[3]
