Israel Borovich
Israel Borovich was Chairman of the Board of El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (2005-2008), and President and CEO, Knafaim – Arkia Holdings Ltd (1993 - 2006).[1]
In 2005, considered selling his stake in Knafaim-Arkia Holdings to Poju Zabludowicz, who was building up his stake in the company in an apparent failed takeover bid.[2]
Borovich resigned from the board of El Al in 2011, after the Israel Securities Authority criticised exessive bonuses awarded to CEO Haim Romano.[3]
