The centre for social Justice consists of many people who have a fundamental role and part to play within the company these individuals include Gavin Poole, Executive Director,Chris Bullivant, Projects Director,Charlotte Pickles, Policy Director, Seconded to the Department for Work and Pensions as an Expert Advisor, Robin Millar, Programmes Director,Juliette Ash, External Affairs Director,Cara Walker, Senior Fundraiser and Profile Manager, Dr Jeffrey Bailey, Chairman in Residence, Dr Samantha Callan, Chairman in Residence, Christian Guy, Senior Policy Specialist, Adele Eastman, Senior Policy Specialist, Zoe Briance, CSJ Awards and CSJ Alliance Manager, Ali Crossley, Senior Researcher, Deven Ghelani, Senior Researcher, Chris Perfect, Policy Researcher, James Mumford, Policy Researcher, Kirsty Turnbull, Office Manager, Nicola Vimalanathan, Fundraiser, Lucy Maule, Executive Assistant to Executive Director and Joseph Colman, CSJ Conference Coordinator.[1]

The Board of Directors consists for The Centre for Social Justice Consist of Mark Florman, Louise Hobbs, Dr Stephen Brien, Ryan Robson and Sam Clarke who also has the role of company Secretary. .[2]

There also consists of an advisory council, a Board of people who will meet once a year in order to maintain ongoing support and strategies for the Centre for Social Justice.
