John Boultbee

John Boultbee is a former vice-president of Hollinger International. He was jailed for his part in the controversial Hollinger fraud scandal involving Conrad Black. Boultbee was found guilty of three counts of fraud in the trial. His co-defendants included Conrad Black as well as Peter Atkinson and Mark Kipnis[1].
