Information Bulletin Ltd was a publishing company funded by the CIA. It was the first of a series of London based CIA funded propaganda opertions. It later became Forum Information Services, which then became Forum World Features. [1] According to Fred Landis the terrorism expert Walter Laqueur was the 'principal director' of Information Bulletin Ltd during his time in London. [2]

Information Bulletin Ltd published the anti-Soviet journal Survey - which was edited by Laqueur - on behalf of the Congress for Cultural Freedom and its successor the International Association for Cultural Freedom. [3] It also published The China Quarterly from January 1962 to March 1968. The journal was previously published by the Congress for Cultural Freedom and was subsequently published by the Contemporary China Institute of the School of Oriental and African Studies. [4]

It also published several books including North Vietnam by Phillippe Deveillers in 1962,[5] and End of the Cold War? by Raymond Aron in 1964. [6]
