Mr. Carey has extensive international experience, with particular emphasis in the structuring of multinational projects, and in the fields of energy, petrochemistry, cellulose (pulp and paper), and commercial aviation. He has participated in and directed various financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions in Chile and in neighboring countries. Has actively participated in the solution of conflicts through mediation or out-of-court agreements, especially in international affairs. He has been Director and Chairman of several companies in the sectors of Energy, Commercial Aviation, Cellulose, Tourism, Shipping, Mining, Construction, Forestry, and Communications.
