Hi Lesley!!!
UN Global Compact describes its role as providing
" a framework for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption . As the world's largest, global corporate citizenship initiative, the Global Compact is first and foremost concerned with exhibiting and building the social legitimacy of business and markets. "
Lesley, good work on the Global compact. You have almost got the referencing right. the format is here SpinProfiles:A Guide to Referencing.
There is no need to add the ==Notes== <reference/> every time you add a ref. You only need to do it once at the bottom of the page and remember is is references/ not reference/

lesley,
Nice one. should have said - to remove the boxes that appear make sure you delete the spaces to the left of the asterisks and then they will display properly. Can you also format each ref so that the URL is followed by a space and then a title' (ie the title of the page or article) and then followed with a closing ]

Lesley,
not sure why you are adding some of these pages on people? to show why you are doing it can you add a link to the name of the company they are involved withand a link to the page you are working on? also page titles should not include Mr., Sir., Prof etc and the surnames should not be in block capitals. To sort this click the 'Move' button and change the title to the correct one.
OK?

name problem
Hi
You just entered: Mr. Talal ABU GHAZALEH
Problems with this: 1. There should be no titles in the name, no Mr. 2. Do not capitalize throughout... it should have been Talal Abu Ghazaleh

same problem here
Prof. José Sergio Gabrielli de AZEVEDO
No Profs. or capitalized last names...
