Maurice Moshe Frankel (also Maurice Moishe Frankel; born December 1966) is a British company director and the chair of trustees of Acheinu Limited, the Hendon charity that trades as The Boys Clubhouse. Giving is Great lists his occupation as property management. He is a director of Acheinu Limited from 3 April 2009 (incorporation). He is not the Campaign for Freedom of Information director of the same first and last name.

Distinction from Maurice Frankel OBE

Maurice Frankel OBE, director of the Campaign for Freedom of Information since 1987, was born in December 1949 (he told the Guardian in 1999) or December 1950 on some Companies House filings. He worked at Social Audit and later Protect / Public Concern at Work. He is a different person from the Acheinu chair.

Frankel is recorded as chairman in the trustees’ report for the year ended 30 April 2022, signed 5 January 2023, alongside then-trustees Stephen Robert Taylor and David Wilner. Current Commission trustees are Frankel (chair), David Wilner (from 20 April 2015) and Mathew Daniel Sher (from 1 May 2024). The Commission lists no other trusteeships for him.

A 2017 Barnet Council grant application named him as chair and “businessman”, with Wilner as treasurer and Jeremy Quentin Kanter as secretary.
