Oliver Haarmann is a founding partner of Searchlight Capital, a private equity firm.
He also sits as chairman of the board of Hunter Boot Ltd, the clothes retailer, and is also a board member of Ocean Outdoor, a boutique media company. Before founding Searchlight, Haarmann was a partner at KKR of London, a capital investment management firm. [1]
