Colin Moynihan (Lord Moynihan) was a Conservative MP in Lewisham East between 1983 and 1992 and was made a Conservative peer in the House of Lords on the 30 April 1997.
Parliament
Moynihan was the MP for Lewisham East from 1983 to 1992. Whilst in parliament he was under-secretary to the Department of Environment (1987-1990) and the Department of Energy (1990-1992).[1]
