Will McDonald is a former special adviser to Yvette Cooper. He worked for Cooper various departments, ranging from the Department for Work and Pensions, the HM Treasury to the Department of Communities and Local Government.
He now works as a trustee at the The Fatherhood Institute, a think tank that focuses on policy, research and practice. [1]
