Jonathan Rees

Jonathan Rees is a private investigator who has worked for the Daily Mirror, the Sunday Mirror and the News of the World.[1]
He was imprisoned for trying to frame a woman. On his release from prison in 2004 he resumed his work for the News of the World, then under the editorship of Andy Coulson. The paper paid Rees up to £150,000 for his services.[1]
A bug placed by police in his south London office recorded corrupt officers taking cash for information.[1]
