In February 2001, Sethna attacked Saddam Hussein in the Express for using UN oil-for-food money to fund Palestinians rather than Iraqis.[1]He also accompanied the defector Adnan al-Haideri to Thailand where the later failed a CIA polygraph test. Sethna next shopped the story to two long-time INC collaborators, Judith Miller and Paul Moran who both lapped up the story (Bamford, 2005).
