Douglas McWilliams

Douglas McWilliams is the founder and Chief Executive of the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CERB) a research consultancy and a prominent commercial think tank specialising in economic forecasting. He and Ianthe McWilliams own the majority of shares in CERB [1].
