Errol M. Cook

Errol M. Cook is a private investor and consultant and a director of Omnicom. Previously, he was a managing director and partner of Warburg Pincus from March 1991 until his retirement in February 1999. Before that, Mr. Cook was a Senior Partner of Ernst & Young (August 1961-September 1989) and a Managing Director of Schroders (September 1989-March 1991). Mr. Cook is also a director of Journal Register Company.
