Forum for Change was a project of the Concordia Forum but also appears to have been associated with FORUM FOR CHANGE NETWORK (company number 10494475) which was created on 24 November 2016 and dissolved on 10 February 2017. Chairman of the Board in July 2018 was reportedly Muddassar Ahmed.[1]
