Paul Clark MP was the lLabour Party Member of Parliament for Gillingham from 1997 to 2010. Clark was reportedly not re-elected in 2010 due to the expenses scandal as he claimed £1,200 a month in rent for his London flat before ‘flipping’ his second home and claiming mortgage interest on a house in Kent.
