Ed Williams is UK CEO at PR company Edelman.
Career
Williams spent five years as a news editor at GMTV, between January 1995 and January 2000.
He then moved to the Brunswick Group as a director, for five years until July 2005.
Williams was was head of communications at Hutchinson 3G, Until January 2006,at Reuters until January 2008 and then at the BBC until November 2011. He left the BBC in controversial circumstances, having just attended a BBC paid for £40,000 course to be appointed UK CEO at Edelman.[1]
He is also deputy chairman of the English National Ballet.[2]
