Patrick Loughran is a former UK government special adviser to Lord Mandelson in the Department for Business Innovation & Skills. [1]
Loughran now works as director of strategy at Blue Rubicon, a PR and lobbying consultancy firm, and as director at Thirty Six Strategy.
