The Ephraim Coordination and Liaison Administration is a district of the Israeli Civil Administration in the West Bank. It covers three Palestinian cities (Tulkarm, Kalkilya, and Salfit) and 84 Palestinian villages. Israeli settlements include the city of Ariel and 6 regional councils. .[1]
