Tom Bentley is Executive Director in the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Victoria, Australia; and Director of Applied Learning, Australian and New Zealand School of Government.[1]

Background
Bentley was Director of the think tank Demos from 1999 to 2006. He is a former special adviser to Labour MP David Blunkett, then Secretary of State for Education.[2] He was described by the Australian Financial Review as "one of Britain’s leading policy entrepreneurs".[3]
Bentley is on the board of the State Library of Victoria, the think tank Per Capita, and the Queensland-based research institute Eidos.[4]
