Kincora Boy's Home, an orphanage in East Belfast, was at the centre of a child abuse scandal in the early 1980s. The scandal had political implications, because of the involvement of the notorious abuser, William McGrath, with unionist politicians, loyalist paramilitaries and MI5.[1]
