Stephen Lewis Rickard was an MI5 officer killed in the Mull of Kintyre Chinook crash.[1]
Intelligence writer Stephen Dorril claims Rickard was the Director and Co-ordinator of Intelligence (Northern Ireland) at the time of his death.[2] However, Christopher Andrew's official history of MI5 claims that John Deverell was DCI at the time of the crash. [3]
