Alejandro A. Chafuen has been, since 1991, the president and CEO of Atlas Economic Research Foundation. He is also the president and founder of the Hispanic American Centre of Economic Research.
Alejandro A. Chaufen graduated from Grove City College and the Argentine Catholic University in Buenos Aires. He also obtained a Ph.D. in economics from the International College in California.
