Chris Edwards is the director of tax policy studies at the Cato Institute and a top expert on federal and state tax and budget issues.
A former senior economist on the congressional Joint Economic Committee examining tax, budget and entrepreneurship issues, he has also worked as a consultant and manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an economist with the Tax Foundation. [1]
