Ben Caldecott is Head of the Environment & Energy Unit at Policy Exchange. He was previously director of the East Asia section at The Henry Jackson Society.[1]
Caldecott read economics and specialised in China at the universities of Cambridge, Peking and London. He has worked in Parliament and for a number of different UK government departments and international organisations, including the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO).[2]
