Update with move to CCC in 2009.

"Ben is now the lead on UK and EU climate change and energy policy at Climate Change Capital (CCC), a specialist investment banking group. Ben is developing CCC’s in-house policy think tank and also advises CCC’s funds and clients on the development of policy-driven markets."
