Europac Group is a lobbying firm set up by Hugh Colver formmer director of PR for BAe Systems and former Ministry of Defence and Conservative Party spin doctor. It appears that the other company in the 'group' is a rather obscure lobbying firm called Defence Public Affairs Consultants or DPAC.
DPAC appears to be associated with Barwell Plc a company based in Glasgow and whose owner Alec Mackie is a finance director and company secretary of Europac Group.
