Neil C. Livingstone is a former Senate aide who has served as a Pentagon and State Department advisor. He was a proponent of regime change in Iraq and presently is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Global Options Inc, a Washington-based firm that provides contacts and consulting services to companies doing business in Iraq.
